Senior Java Developer
eSpime is searching for a qualified Senior Java Developer to join the team of professional consultants in Finland. The right candidate will work at our client’s premises and will participate in project work.
Responsibilities:
- To provide assistance with systems design and application development
- To provide accurate advices and to contribute to successful project implementation
- Giving architecture feedback to the Java server platform teams
- To be proactive in finding necessary solutions
Qualifications: In order to succeed in this position it is required to have:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or other related field
- At least 5 years of experience in applications development
- Deep knowledge and high competence in Java (J2EE and J2SE)
- Experience in schema design, tuning and replication
- Skills in NoSQL are considered to be an advantage
- Enthusiasm for working in a very vivid multicultural environment
- Experience in telecommunication sector
Other skills:
- Excellent spoken and written English skills; Finnish language is optional
- Team player, but also able to work independently
- Good advisory and business skills
- Flexibility when ever needed regarding working hours and working methods
- Proactive approach to work, accuracy and possibility to meet deadlines
