Architect with solid experience in Directory Services

eSpime is searching for a qualified Architect with solid experience in Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory) to join the team of professional consultants in Finland. The right candidate will work at our client’s premises and will participate in project work.

Responsibility

The right candidate will be responsible for the design, growth, coordination and successful implementation of client’s Directory Services strategy. The role will include developing standards and solutions to better secure client’s identities with directory services solutions.

Key tasks

Lead the collection of business requirements and the design / development of IAM solutions; - Set and manage clients’ architectural standards; - Develop project plans and roadmaps; - Prepare schedules and plan to ensure the completion of project in time; - Ensure successful transitions of project deliverables to support / maintenance /operations teams.

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this position it is required to have:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering or other related field
  • At least 5 years of experience with designing and implementing Directory Services (LDAP, Active Directory) and directory synchronization technologies
  • Previous experience in project management leading technical initiatives
  • Knowledge of project management tools
  • Creative mind and ability to find innovative solutions
  • Experience with identity management technologies will be considered as an advantage.
Other skills:
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills; Finnish language is optional
  • Team player, but also able to work independently
  • Good advisory and business skills
  • Flexibility when ever needed regarding working hours and working methods
  • Proactive approach to work, accuracy and possibility to meet deadlines
